Kan ik een bitmap logo importeren en weergeven op mijn printplaat?

No, you can't import a bitmap.
If you want or need a logo on your PCB you will have to draw it with tracks, zones, circles, etc.

So actually i have to overwrite the logo that i can import?

If you have imported a bitmap with the scanned copy function, the bitmap is only lying in the background.
This is for transfering a layout (or maybe also a logo) to Sprint-Layout by hand.
