Sand/Stipple filling for graphic shapes,

Hi!
I wonder if it's possible to add a facility for a Sandy/Stipple filling to shapes and graphic objects?
I often need to draw such items as valveholders, rotary wafer switches, tagstrips, Tektronix Ceramic strips on my drawings, and the addition of a Sandy/Stipple filling facility would make these much more realistic!
