ok the file sizes are 500kb and i cannot reduce it to 256KB

Having had a look at your files, there are some mayor issues:
- does the RIGOL (Model ???, Manuals etc.) have a direct connection to PC (RS232/USB etc.)
- the "unit under test" ... what is it for, does it have to be connected too? how?
- you seem to be using lots of relays to achive digital switching ... why not do it digital by employing GATES?

Tip: if you do your Doc's in a spreadsheet, you'll not have any size problems to upload (as *.zip), as opposed to scans of handwritten notes ... (and they are far easyer to read by anyone). Rudimentary Graphics can also be done (or imported) by most of them (e.g. Libre-Office, free of charge), make shure to use "open doc" standard files (or MS-Office) if you have it.

Another few important things:
Who are you? Where from? You can PM me those things ... I'd like to know with whom I'm dealing.
Do you need a module or a complete application? How much Budget do you have allocated? Any additional info will speed things up ...

I'm a ProfiLab-Expert Programmer and NOT Abacom (who sells the Programs and Hardware). I'm offering programming services and (if needed) Project-Management know-how only.

I think you should be able to buy the required SW/HW locally at some Distributor (mainly those, distributing Electronics for similar purposes). If this should not be the case, go to the Webshop of Abacom and place your Order there (you may have to have a Credit-Card for that).
