The help-file says:
"Move elements with the arrow keys:
Selected objects on the drawing can also be moved with the arrow keys on the keyboard. The elements are shifted by one grid point in the desired direction. If you also press the CTRL key, you can switch the grid to fine (0.1 mm) and fine-tune it using the keyboard."

Moving an element with Ctrl + arrow, does not fine move that element, but is changing to the left or right page.
I can not change this behavior.

Can someone help me?

CRTL + Arrow works works as it should: Fine moving of a element.
Maybe there is a malfunktion in your program?

Do you mean in Windows 11?
I work with sPlan 8.0, updated to: 07/27/2023.
In my previous version sPlan 7.0 I never had and have that problem. It still works correctly.

I looked for an option somewhere in sPlan 8.0, to switch that functionality to go to page left or right, but couldn't find it anywhere.
I will uninstall and reinstall the program, maybe than it will be solved.

A new installation (without update) did not solve anything, Ctrl+arrow (right or left) still goes to page right or left.
Ctrl + arrow up or down does work.

With update 23/07/2023 = no difference.

Update: the problem only occurs with the magnetic lines. It works normally for all other elements.

But: in sPlan 7.0 this problem with magnetic lines does not exist.

That was the key clue.
Indeed the magnetic lines can't be moved with STRG+arrow.
We will fix this within the next update, thanks for your hint.
