Optimisation of rubber band connections

This is the English version of the German language topic "Optimierung der Luftlinien"
For larger Sprint-Layout 6.0 projects, it is good habit to first add the rubber band connections in the design, and then do the routing. When the components are moved around the PCB to find the best location, the connections however are not rearranged to the shortest route. I wrote a simple program that does this optimisation. It includes a short Help window. Have fun!
