Best approach to identify a short circuit in a PCB

Hello,

I have been using SL for years, but for the first time I face a problem that I can't solve: I have a short circuit (+5V and GND are linked together) and I do not manage to find in which location the problem is !

Do you have a tip, or a recommended approach to identify where I have made a mistake ?

Problem solved by creating exclusion areas on the Ground plane: this progressively drives you to the problem...
