Import picture do not appear in exported svg file (Splan 8)

Hi,

Import a picture to the diagram. There is no problem exporting JPG or PNG.

But picture do not appear in SVG export, only splan schematic symbols are visible.

Note: The image quality of all image formats except SVG is very poor

SVG is a pure vector-format, so images are not possible here.

If you have Office 2016 or later, you can open a new Word Document, select "Import Picture", import the SVG from sPlan 8 that you previously exported, then you can select "Import Picture" again and import the bitmap, peg or png file you want to add, and then move the imports around to get the layout you need!

I do this often for the very large T & M Theory and Repair Book I am currently working on, as I often want to illustrate a component alongside an sPlan circuit symbol in the same figure!

Also, if you find bmp/jpeg exports are very poor quality, make sure you have moved the "Quality/Compression" slider all the way to the right so the exports are at 300 dpi!
