Sorry for this English post, but I'm not able to write in German. You can reply in German if you like, I've no problems reading it.

I just want to know how I can drill holes in the PCB design. I have a design with some FET's in it, like the BF980. I need to drill some holes on the places were this fet will be mounted of about 6,5mm. So, the FET will "sink" into the PCB.

a drill hole is drawn by placing a round solder pad with inner-Ø = outer-Ø = drill-Ø. It will be marked automatically by a cross.
