Also, I set the track width to 0.00 when drawing cutouts as the PCB house has come back to me in the past and had to ask if the cut was the inside or the outside of the track used. (Does that make sense?)

Not sure it's possible with the current version, but I'd like to make a single pad of a component a "Thermal pad" without having to disintegrate and ungroup the component items.
Is this something that is possible please?

It's OK.
I was setting soldermask on the Silkscreen layer 2 instead of copper layer 2. Doh!

All sorted now.
