Hi,
before anything else: could you please provide the Manual (EN) here? (NOT Google etc.)
Because the provided Driver (Hantek) will probably do (if it is VCP = virtual COM Port).

There is insufficient information about the installed drivers, in the Manual ...

The Oscilloscope has to be connected to the PC before opening Device Manager.
Can you please post the output (Screen-Shot) of the Device Manager here?

Most likely the device can only be accessed with the manufactures DLL-API.

Hi,
Detected as only hardware (not virtual com port)
I'm not so certain about that, can you check (click the +) left of *Porty (COM i LPT)*, to see what's in there?
BTW: You should "disable" the faulty PCI-Modem (or get it to work properly).

I think your VCP may be connected on COM1.
However, I don't understand the comment next to it???
Or are you saying your Laptop has a real, physical RS232 Port (HW)?

OK. I get it. Just explain the reason, why you need/want to use it in PL.
There is a Software (from Hantek) provided for using the scope.

Coding DLL's is a Time consuming Task ...
Almost impossible without the HW (for Tests).

I do not want to make trouble.
I would like to do Register voltage. Original software not supportet for voltage tools :(
Only Oscilloscope and logic analizer.

I don't understand (probably a language problem), Voltage can be seen on Oscilloscope (using the correct scaling, of course).

Or do you mean: record (Register) Voltage??

To do that, it's probably cheaper and easyer, to use a DMM (digital multi meter) connected to PL.
See Voltcraft VC Series, with RS232 Connector (straight connection to COM1, no Drivers needed), available: Conrad.

To see the complete List of compatible DMM's see HW-Compatibility-List (in PL, click ? in Menu) and use DMM as "Manufacturer" to shorten the List.

It seems, that you've got yourself the wrong Instrument, for the planned Task.
