How do I create a simple hole with soldermask but no pad?
My vendor (ADVANCEDCIRCUTS.COM) is telling me that all holes need to have soldermask on them, even if there are no pads. I cannot find a way to make a hole with soldermask without adding a pad. The pad is a problem for me since I have components that must be placed very close to the hole.
