Hello, For a project, I have a 2 layer pcb with ground plane on the top layer, and powerplane on the bottom layer. Thus i use thermal pads for both connections. Now, when I select a throuh on a thermal pad on the groundplane, a thermal pad is then automaticaly selected on the powerplane too, and that is not the intention (SHORT CIRCUIT). What to do?

A throughpad is just one pad, which appears on both sides of the board. You can't edit these pad's separate. In your case, you will have to use 2 separate pads instead of 1 throughpad. If you don't want to do this, you can also create a cutout-area for the ground plane, and place it over the pad, so that it doesn't connect with the ground plane, even if it is a thermal pad.
Please take a look at the help file for further informations about the ground plane and cutout areas.
